Covering a total area of 9,375 hectares of protected forest, the park's highest peak is the Nevado de Colima Volcano, an inactive volcano that stands at an impressive altitude of over 4,250 meters above sea level. If weather conditions allow, you may also have the chance to witness the Fuego Volcano, which reaches an altitude of 3,730 meters.

Situated between the states of Jalisco and Colima, this climb promises an incredible panoramic view that will leave you in awe. Throughout the journey, you will hike through pine forests, sandy areas, and mountain ranges, all leading to the astonishing summit of the volcano.
